Michelle Sanders is a millennial that has worked her way into middle management. She’s managed various teams for years, with direct reports on site, remote, and even in other countries. While working, she also has regular experience with various leadership styles from her managers. She hopes to leverage this experience to shed light into strengths and weaknesses she sees occur in her personal experience, and the experience of those around her. Ultimately, she wants to provide consulting services for organizations and groups to create a world of leaders with the necessary skills to be successful themselves, and support successful teams.
